Shipping policy
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER
For your online shopping, once you have found the desired piece of jewelry (if applicable) select the desired size and color and then click on the "my cart" button at the top of the page. From there, you can choose to continue shopping or place your order. When you choose to finalize your order, you will have to follow the simple menu steps: you will have to create your profile (whether you have an account or not), choose the shipping address, select the payment method and (s applicable) add the promotion code in the appropriate box. Promotional codes are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
At the very end, you will receive a confirmation number which will also be sent to you by the email you provide to us.
If unfortunately one of our products is out of stock, we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
If you have questions during your shopping or if you need assistance, we will be happy to accompany you in the process.
PAYMENT METHODS
For your security, all credit card transactions will be processed on Stripe's secure site. However, you are not required to have or create a Stripe account to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
DELIVERY
All packages are sent within a reasonable time of 2 to 5 working days (except for certain rigid jewels not available in stock, manufacturing time of approximately 3 weeks).
These will be very well packaged to prevent any accident during transport.
Delivery times following shipment:
- Standard Canada Post: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Canada Post: 3-5 business days
- Purolator: 2-3 business days
- Pick-up in store: 1-2 business days
All shipments are insured and have a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped. Please note, however, that conditions beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, customs, etc.) may cause additional delays.
The products are sent in standard parcel format, so they will be delivered to your mailbox. If you are not present during the delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice indicating at which post office you can pick it up. Delivery times are not guaranteed, so Beblue disclaims any responsibility for a delay in receiving the package. Communicate with us for a significant delay.
Customs fees may apply to your charges for outside the country.
SHIPPING RATES
- Free standard shipping to Canada with Purolator/Canada Post on orders over CAD$200.
- For orders under CAD$200, pay a flat-rate of CAD$15.
- International shipping with tracking, calculated at checkout based on your location.
