RETURN POLICY

Beblue guarantees consumer satisfaction.
You have thirty (30) days following receipt or pick-up of your order to return or exchange an item provided that the merchandise is in its original condition, that is to say unused and in its original undamaged packaging.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products purchased in our BEBLUE stores (Website or at Maison Beblue). For any Beblue brand product purchased elsewhere, you must refer to the retailer's exchange or cancellation policies directly.
All purchases at the BEBLUE online store, with the exception of gift cards, can be returned by mail for a refund or in our store for an exchange or a refund.

To make a return by mail, please contact customer service in one of the following three (3) ways:

Upon receipt of your shipment, we will analyze your return request within 2 to 5 business days, and then credit your account with the price of the returned item using the original method of payment, following reception of the returned items. We will then notify you by email or telephone of the transaction.
In addition, make sure to properly package the returned product(s) to avoid any additional damage that would not be covered by our return and warranty policy.


Please note:
1. This policy does not apply to products that have been used.
2. In the case of an exchange, the price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are at the customer's expense.
3. Items purchased or picked up in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.
5. We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage incurred when returning merchandise.
6. In the case of an online purchase by multiple payments (electronic gift card and credit card), we reserve the right to return the total value of the refund to the gift card used during the initial purchase.
Return to store
To make a return or exchange in store, please:
1. Return the item purchased in our online store to the store.
2. Present the original invoice received in the order confirmation email.
Upon acceptance of the return, you will be offered an exchange or a refund on your credit card.
