Beblue guarantees the satisfaction of the consumer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Beblue offers you the possibility to exchange your item or refund the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). You must contact us within 15 days of the date of purchase to make the necessary arrangements for the refund.
The return jewelry or jewelry is at the expense of the customer and must be accompanied by the original receipt. You are strongly advised to ensure the shipment because if the jewellery is damaged or lost during the delivery, it is at your risk. Please note that the jewel must not have been worn or modified, any damaged product will not be refunded and that any special order is a firm sale.
Beblue’s products are backed by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which do not include loss of parts, damage associated with daily use, falls or impacts against a hard surface. The presentation of the invoice is necessary, in order to prove the date of purchase. Otherwise, the repair will be treated as out-of-warranty. In parallel, all the elastics of our bracelets are guaranteed for life and will be replaced at no cost. Out-of-warranty, we will happily accept all forms of repairs.

All Beblue jewelry shipments are made through Canada Post. In order to ensure the quality of our service and ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, all shipments are insured and have a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped. Conditions beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, customs, etc.) can lead to delays. The products are sent in standard package format, so they will be delivered to your mailbox. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice indicating to which post office you can pick it up. For your convenience, we offer several payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. The total amount of your purchase will be deducted automatically from your credit card or Paypal account.
For your security, all credit card transactions will be processed on the secure PayPal website. However, you do not have to own or create a PayPal account to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER

From there, you can choose to continue shopping or place your order.
